I welcome you all with my love and respects. I welcome all the devotees, disciples, samajis, satsangis, Sri Mahants, Mahants, Thanedar, Kothari, visitors, viewers, Sarvajnapeetha Yajamans, Karthas, … Kayakalpa Yoga participants, Nithyananda Hindu University students, Nithyananda eGurukul students and everyone watching as live, live on Nithyananda TV, YouTube live, Facebook live, Kailasa TV, Hinduism Now TV, Twitter, Nlighten App, two-way video conferencing having Nayana Deeksha. I welcome all of you with my love and respects.
Paramashiva’s message from Shrikailasa. Do not make your impossibilities sacred, by justifying them to yourself and others. Do not make your powerlessness as your identity, by consciously justifying their existence to yourself and to others. Listen. All your powerlessness, your problems, you are impossibilities get … solidified. It becomes arrogance ... your strong core component, ... when you decide to justify their existence within you and to others. I have seen people saying, “Oooh ... I was tsk brought up by my stepmother, that is the reason I have all the problems.” Over! Now, all your problems you made it very sacred. You have given them the right to exist in you, in other. Understand. When you say, “Ooh, tsk! My root patterns are cause of all these impossibilities I have.” “Morning why did you not create coffee properly,” that is the question husband asked. And you start, “Ooh, my root pattern is the problem.”
The moment you start justifying the existence of your ignorance, impossibilities, powerlessness, the mess up you do because of non-involvement, your own tamas; the moment you justify them to yourself with some reason, and the moment you justify them with some reason to others - you made them as arrogant strong inside you. If you know it is your root pattern, just burn them. Knowledge that your problems are from your root patterns is given to burn them, not to justify the problem and give the sacred status to the problem! Whenever you justify your problems to yourself, you make that arrogant. When you justify your problems to others, you make that as a solid part of your identity. When others also agree your problems have some reason. Over. You made your problems sacred. Now you will start worshipping your powerness, powerlessness.
Once I asked Kuppammal in my ... house, it’s a Shvaivite family, very traditional orthodox Shaivite family, they have that Kedara Gauri Vratham done during the Deepavali time. It’s like a my whole family will gather and they will make so many that Deepavali sweets and other items. But you know funny thing. None of the women will eat. Some of my … grandmothers, they will even tie the cloth around their nose that they should not smell the sweets and savouries they are making. I used to wonder. And then, they will, they will do vratham, my mother will do; I have seen this Kedara Gauri Vratham. From morning till night not only she will not drink water, … whole day it’s almost like a, other than the air nothing can go inside her. Other than breathing, nothing can be done. Very strict dry fasting. And of course, not only my mother, all other women in the household. Grandmother, everyone will do the … umm … father’s brother’s wife umm ... father’s sister, like a whole family will … do this vratham. It is done to Kedarnatha, Paramashiva, who resides in Kailasa; who comes down to marry Parashakti, Parvati.
And … the Kedarnatha even now there is a beautiful temple in Kedar. That main deity is called Kedarnath. Kedar is a highest Himalayan shrine, where we go by walk and have His darshan; where Shankara, Adi Shankara is supposed to have left the body, and even Jnanasambandar sang about Kedarnath. Umm. I personally feel Jnanasambandar even visited Kedarnath physically and then sang about … Kedarnath and … anyhow … That vrata they will do. They will cook so much, … fast, they will not, not only they will not eat, they will not even smell, offer it to Paramashiva. And they will read that story - Kedara Gaura Vratham, Kedara Gauri Vratham. Story they will read and then, they’ll worship … Kedarnath and Devi, Gauri, Parashakti. And then, all that they offered, they cooked - they will distribute it to all the friends, family, everyone.
Of course, none of my family people know the reason. They know it’s a tradition we follow. I went to Kuppammal, my Guru Vibhudananda Puri. I asked her, “Can you tell me the reason?” She smiled and said, “That is the symbol of tyaga (त्याग, tyāga).” You cooked but you don’t even allow that smell to create desire in your body. You do Niraha … not even Nirahara. It’s just complete liquid, not even liquid allowed - dry fasting. Full dry fasting. And then, you cannot even engage a thought, “Oh, let the puja be over. After offering to deity, I will eat.” No! After it is offered, it has to be distributed to friends and family, you cannot eat. It has to be given to other extended family. The family which cooks, that cannot, they cannot eat. It has to be given to the extended family and friends, other ... One nice thing in Tiruvannamalai that even the Muslims, Christians, all of them are very thick friends and … Muslims also will accept temple prasadam, that's one nice lifestyle.
Of course in those days we had in Tiruvannamalai, I don't know about now, but in those days. I know very well many Muslim friends, family friends, we will take this prasadam and give them, and they will be very happy to receive and eat. Even Christians. They will be very happy to receive Deepavali … prasadam, and they know it is a temple prasadam offered to deities, offered to Gods and then they will accept. That’s one nice thing. Anyhow, all the other family, other friends and … Tiruvannamalai did not any caste, community, religion problems. I have never seen that discrimination based on caste, community and religion in Tiruvannamalai. That’s one nice thing. I have, I myself have seen many Muslims going to Tiruvannamalai Arunachaleswarar Temple regularly. Not one day, two day, regularly they will visit. For every utsavam they will come. And they will be given temple garlands and they will also offer donations to Arunachaleswarar. They will be very sincerely praying and worshipping. Not like a just socially some for, some other reason they visit. No! Very devoted people, I have seen.
Same way, all community, all caste. There is no upper caste, lower caste - all caste, all community. I know … very well all nationality people used to be allowed in Tiruvannamalai Temple. Only recently they stopped allowing foreigners inside temple. I know for sure for years all nationality people used to go and have darshan. I have seen many foreigners who settled in Tiruvannamalai in Aruna … Ramana Maharshi’s ecosystem - every day they’ll visit Arunachaleswarar Temple, have darshan. They have, never they will be stopped. I don’t know whether it will be revived. I really wanted … the Arunachaleswarar Temple should be open for all people to come and have darshan. Maybe you can say that people should declare that they trust and have faith in Hindu tradition, and they have devotion to Arunachaleswarar. They will not do anything wrong, disturbing the sacredness of the temple; they can sign in that book agreeing to this statement and then they can, they can be allowed to have darshan.
I personally feel Arunachaleswarar is open to all, unn. That no caste, no differentiation due to caste or community or religion - that tradition I learned from Arunachala. The ecosystem is such perfect ecosystem. So many foreigners are more devoted to Arunachala and Ramana Maharshi than the local people. I have seen that in my own life. So sincerely they will go around the hill every day … and have Arunachaleswarar’s darshan. I wanted all me sannyasis, my disciples residing in Tiruvannamalai, everyday you should do Girivalam. It’s a lifeline. Girivalam is not like it should be done once a month, once a week. No! All my disciples, my sannyasis residing in Tiruvannamalai should do Girivalam everyday. I'll never sleep without doing Girivalam. Even if it is night one o’clock or two o’clock, … if it become too late for next day morning satsang, I'll run. Only in Tiruvannamalai you can see me physically running. I’ll run but I’ll not miss Girivalam.
If I am in Tiruvannamalai, I will not miss Girivalam. Many local people know this secret. So, if they know I am in Tiruvannamalai, they will come and stand in the Girivalam road. They know because I will not sleep unless I go and do the Girivalam. Sometimes these miscreants will come and try to create mess there, create problem. Even then I’ll have a car, one car for security, I’ll just sit in the car till they all leave for a few minutes. Then again, I’ll start walking but will not miss Girivalam. It’s too sacred. Anyhow, let me come back to the story. I asked Vibhudananda Puri, tell me, … “What’s the reason.” She said, “That is to train the system for tyaga (त्याग, tyāga).” You cook, you make everything, not only you are doing dry fasting, you don’t even allow the smell of that to enter into your system and create desire. And you can even plan mentally, “I will eat this after the puja, after the worship is done. After it is offered to deity, I will eat.” No!
I tell you, this tyaga awakens your Kundalini. Even … if you need to go through ... abuses, negativity, attacks, persecution - digest everything, go on giving best things to the world. Be Tyagaraja. Go on sacrificing. Yes, society will rate you, society will hate you, society will judge you, society will beat you. After all these, how you swallow everything and then what you contribute to the world is real you! That is what is the real you. Society will give what it has but after digesting everything, you give what you need to contribute to the world. That is Tyagaraja (त्यागराज, Tyāgarāja). See these Darukavana Rishis, they have sent all demons on Paramashiva, all weapons on Paramashiva. He stopped all of it. He made all of them as His abharanas (आभरण, ābharaṇa) and his ayudhas (आयुध, āyudha). After digesting everything, He gave Paramashivajnana to those Rishis. Understand. That is Tyagaraja. After all the abuse, attack, everything, He gave Paramashivajnana to Darukavana Rishis! He just swallowed all the attacks, and gave Paramashivajnana to Darukavana Rishis, and to the whole world.
Understand, … tyaga is the biggest power you can manifest, which will burn away all the powerlessness, and all the powerlessness you made it sacred by justifying to yourself, and justifying to others. First thing, listen. Do not justify your powerlessness, failures, arrogance, inability … or any other negativity you have. Do not justify, that’s the first statement. Next. Do not justify to yourself and do not justify to others. That’s the next statement. Third, tyaga … makes all your powerlessness irrelevant. Even if you have made some of your powerlessness sacred by justifying it to yourself and justifying it to others, … tyaga makes your powerlessness irrelevant. Paramashiva … is Tyagaraja. Tyagaraja … let me define that tyaga. Whatever is thrown at you, you don’t care about any of it, and swallow everything, digest everything, burn everything away. And you go on giving the best highest positive possibilities and powers to the world. All the powerlessness, negativity, abusal, attack, everything thrown at you, you just swallow them, burn them away, ... destroy them. But you go on giving … absolute positive possibilities and powers to the whole world. That is called tyaga. Paramashiva is Tyagaraja.
I want all my sannyasis and kailasavasis to become Tyagarajas and Tyagaranis. Of course, Paramashiva is Tyagaraja. Parashakti is Tyagarani. Understand. The power of Thyagaraja Swamy. I tell you, learn tyaga in every step. That’s the highest power manifestation you can do. The patterns which becomes juicy … and inspires you to justify their existence. For example, morning you don't get up for, in Brahma Muhurta and do yoga. After sometime you start justifying that pattern, “Oooh … I think that morning sleep I can’t give up. That’s too important part of my life. See, from the young age I grow up like that, because my stepmother used to torture me in the day time, only in the morning I can escape from her. So, morning sleep is important for me.” That’s it. The moment you justify and gave reason. Over. That powerlessness becomes … empowered powerlessness.
Empowered powerlessness …is the powerlessness square (2). And when you justify this to others, it becomes arrogance. Empowered powerlessness q. Arrogance: when that stupidity is added to it, then it becomes destruction. How the self-doubt becomes self-hatred, self-denial and self-destruction. End! SDHD ... not just SDHD, SDHD2. SDHDD: self-doubt, self-hatred, self-denial becomes self-destruction.
Tyaga is the currency which takes you to Kailasa. Tyaga is the very prana of Kailasa. Tyagis live in Kailasa. If you learn tyaga, wherever you are, you manifest Kailasa around you. Intensity of Kailasa is tyaga. Intensity of Kailasa is tyaga. Intensity of Kailasa is tyaga.
The way … Hinduism exists today - all the good things are because of Tyaga and Tyagis. All the bad things are because people who need to do tyaga did not do. All the good things - why still scriptures are alive? Why still whatever remaining Hinduism we have still there? Everything because of Tyagis. And … why ... so much of destruction? Because whoever need to do tyaga did not do. So good came because of tyaga. All bad is because people who are supposed to do tyaga did not do the tyaga.
Last few days I was explaining about this owning up - the principles of Ishvaratva, principles of becoming Ishvara for yourself, principles of Ishvaratva and becoming Ishvara for yourself. You should know tyaga is power. When you start practicing tyaga, the prana in your system goes up. If the prana goes up, you manifest all powers and you manifest Shrikailasa itself. Tyaga is the source of prana. Prana is the source of powers. Powers are the source to reach Shrikailasa. So … I’ll instill the powers of tyaga, prana, Shrikailasa in you, in today's Paramashivoham Process after a break. After a break, we’ll have the process.
Yes, listen. Tyaga happens from the heart. So pick up Atma Linga. Put in on your heart and hold with both the hands. With the Paramashiva’s grace, by the Paramashiva’s grace, by the grace of Paramashiva, I’ll connect all of us to Paramashiva and Shrikailasa. Let’s start the process.
Om Nithyananda Paramashivoham. I bless you all. Now, the Paramashivaratri Pada Yatra group has assembled in Tiruvannamalai. They will be walking as usual from Tiruvannamalai to Adi Kailasa Sarvajnapeetham, Bengaluru. They finished Girivala yesterday. They are now ready to start the Pada Yatra … to Adi Kailasa, Nithyananda Peetham.
So with this, I bless you all. So, I bless you all. Let’s all radiate with Integrity, Authenticity, Responsibility, Enriching, Causing, Living Shuddhadvaita Saivam, Living and Radiating the State, Space, Powers, Being, Superconsciousness of, and Shrikailasa of Paramashiva, Paramashivoham, Om Nithyananda Paramashivoham, The Eternal Bliss, Nithyananda. Thank you. Be blissful.
